Working with us
The day, the offer, the promise and what you own.
What is the Strategy Map?
A short survey, one call and a 12-month plan: who to reach, when, and with what. Every clip gets a month, an audience and a job. It is $1,500 on its own, credited toward Foundations within 30 days.
What is in Foundations?
One filming day, shot to your plan: 3 core videos, 6 short clips and 50+ photos. $7,500, including the Strategy Map.
What does Foundations Complete add?
The whole year: 24 clips and 12 months of emails, check-ins, review requests and referral asks. $12,500, including the Strategy Map, paid in 3 installments.
What is Monthly Activation?
An optional step after Complete. We run the plan in our system and film fresh content every 6 months. $2,500 a month with a 6-month minimum, then $2,000 a month.
What if something isn’t right?
The Pillar & Frame Promise: we get it right. If something isn’t right, we keep working on it until it is.
What happens on the filming day?
We interview the people who tell your story best, film your place and your team at work, and photograph all of it. It is planned around your schedule.
How many do you take on?
Two projects a month, so each one gets the planning it needs. First come, first served.
Do you film and photograph on the same day?
Yes, always. Photography is part of every project.
Do we own everything?
Yes. Everything we make for you is yours. Licensed music follows its own license terms.
Where do you work?
Central Ohio, with no travel costs here. We also travel for IT and cybersecurity firms, and quote travel separately.
What if my industry is not listed?
Ask. One day of filming works for most businesses where people need to trust you before they buy.
What is the free Trust Gap Audit?
A free 10-minute video. We look at your Google profile, website and LinkedIn the way a new customer would, and show you the three biggest problems and what to fix first. No call needed. Request one here.
Who asks the patient?
You make the introduction. We explain what is involved, walk them through the paperwork and prepare them for the day. Anyone can say no.
Do you handle HIPAA compliance?
No. HIPAA compliance stays with your privacy and compliance team, and we are used to working with teams that own it. We follow your permission forms and policies, keep patient information out of view, and publish nothing without their approval.
How much of our staff’s time does it take?
Your point person makes a few introductions and shares notes on the drafts. Providers usually need about twenty minutes on camera.
Will filming get in the way of care?
No. We schedule around your patients and move interviews whenever patients need your staff.
Does this work for hospital campaigns?
Yes. Campaigns with more speakers or locations add days at $2,500 each, agreed on the first call.
Do you film patients?
Only patients who choose to, with signed permission. Many practices start with providers and staff.
Can one day serve patients, hiring and a campaign?
Often, yes. The same interviews can carry all three.
What do I get?
It starts with a Strategy Map: a survey, one call and a 12-month plan for borrowers, past clients and agents. Foundations adds one filming day: 3 core videos, 6 short clips and 50+ photos. Complete covers the whole year: 24 clips and 12 months of emails, check-ins, review requests and referral asks.
How much of my time does it take?
A short survey, one call and the filming day. Then you share your notes, and we edit until it is right.
What if I do not like a video?
The Pillar & Frame Promise covers it: we get it right. If a piece isn’t right, we keep working on it until it is.
Is there a monthly commitment?
No. The Strategy Map, Foundations and Complete are one-time. Monthly Activation is optional, after Complete, with a 6-month minimum.
Do you run paid ads?
No. It is made for your own website, profiles and follow-up emails, not for ads.
Do I keep everything?
Yes. Every video, photo and written piece is yours to keep.
Why the founding rate?
We are building a commercial construction portfolio. The founding rate is for three qualifying projects, with written agreement on which approved work we can feature, and for exactly the package listed here.
Who qualifies?
A commercial contractor or trade with a Central Ohio project where meaningful work is visible; a real use for the story, such as an upcoming bid, a prequalification or a sales follow-up; one authorized contact who can introduce the people involved; and approval to film the site and feature the approved work. The first call is where we confirm it together.
What happens on the first call?
You tell us about the job. We tell you honestly whether it is a fit, recommend a story, and set out exactly what would be filmed, who would be interviewed and what you would get. You leave with that whether or not you go ahead.
Do we have to manage the shoot?
No. You introduce the people and name the site contact. We handle the scheduling and the filming. Your team still gives the agreed interviews, the permissions only it can give, and its notes on the drafts.
Does one day cover the whole project?
The camera covers one agreed day on site: the work as it stands, the crew, the details. The story of the whole project comes from the interviews, with the people who ran it and the client it was built for. Filming more than one stage or location is a separate project.
Does the client need to appear on camera?
An approved client interview makes the story stronger, so we confirm availability before reserving the project. If the client declines, we build a fact-led project story that does not imply a client endorsement.
Is thirty days the final delivery date?
No. Thirty days is the first draft: the edited project video, complete enough to review, before your notes. The short social videos, the written case study, the page, the bid PDF and the photos follow with final delivery, once your notes are in. We confirm that date when the notes arrive.
When does the thirty day clock start, and what pauses it?
It starts the day after the completed site day, or after the last coordinated interview if that is later. It pauses only when we are waiting on a specific input that only you can give us, such as a signed release, and we name it when it happens. Our own editing and staffing never pause it.
What happens if the first draft is late?
The project is free. Anything you have already paid is refunded in full, and you keep every file we have made.
How do changes work?
We gather notes from everyone who needs a say into one list, make the changes and keep going until it is right. Fewer rounds means your story goes live sooner.
What if the site is confidential?
This founding group needs permission to share approved work, so a project that has to stay private is not a fit for the founding rate. Ask us about a separate private project.
Do we own the files?
You receive the finished pieces and all your raw footage, organized. Licensed music and any other third-party material follow their license terms.
Will this guarantee a won bid?
No. We make evidence your team can use in proposals and sales conversations. Whether a buyer chooses you still depends on your offer, qualifications, price and competition.
Can we add another location or a crew film?
Yes, as a separate add-on with its own price, agreed before work starts. The founding package covers one project and one location.
What about ongoing work?
We talk about it after the first story, once we both know it is a good fit. The founding package stands on its own.
What if the weather turns?
We reschedule at no charge and the clock starts from the new date.
Our buyers are technical. Will this feel like marketing?
Not if the right people say it. We write the questions for CIOs, CISOs and CTOs; your team answers in their own words.
Can our vendor’s partner funds pay for this?
Often, in part. Content that features a partner’s technology can qualify for their co-marketing or development funds. We check your program’s rules before we start and plan the day to fit. Approval is always up to your vendor.
Will this make us look like a reseller?
No. Partner content is one part of the day. Most of it is your founder, your engineers and how you work, so buyers see a firm, not a logo.
What about confidential clients and federal work?
Nothing goes on camera without your approval. We can leave out names and still give technical buyers real detail.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The Strategy Map, Foundations and Complete are one-time. If you want steady content after that, Monthly Activation is optional, with a 6-month minimum.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Central Ohio and travel for IT and cybersecurity firms, quoted separately.
